Hawaii

For the next couple of weeks Lars will be on Oahu representing the cable crew along with many other ESA all stars and charging hard with some of the world's best. The end of the winter is always an amazing time to be visiting the north shore and the waves should be firing! Hopefully the weather will be a little more favorable than it is here. Look forward to a recap of the trip in the not-so-distant future.

The freshies keep piling up(in terms of snow and surfboards) but I'm not complaining. This ones a 6:1 pintail by byrne, I'm looking forward to surfing some big waves on this thing!

Waves have been fun, here's me rolling into the inside section at the rocks yesterday. It's been fun trying out my new step ups! Hawaii in a week.

Juno delivered! We got 30" of light snow and two days off of school! Not to mention some firing surf on Wednesday. Managed to fit in an epic session at cable after all the shoveling. Surfed all time cable with just 2 friends out, it hasn't been so good (overhead and offshore) since thanksgiving. Here are some pics, thanks mom for braving the cold and getting the shots!

Well a 7 day streak of waves just came to an end, we saw everything from 8ft storm surf to waist high perfection. Most of these photos are from the much more photogenic but no less entertaining waves on Friday.
