ESA comp today
The first ESA comp of the year went down today at the wall. The waves were fun in the morning but those who surfed around high tide were challenged with small choppy waves and brutal shore break. The morning started off with menehune longboard were Carson placed 3rd, Tristan placed 6th, and Lars got 2nd. In menehune Brayden came up against kids 5 years older than him and went down fighting, surfing better than anyone within 3 years of him. Carson took home 3rd in boys, Lars' place was unacceptable and will not be printed. In open shortboard Carson pulled off 4th in 1 foot shore pound with Lars placing 5th. The contest was a lot of fun and everyone was ripping. Pictures coming soon.
